Bihar Board 10th Result 2021: The matriculate result will be released by Bihar Board at 3.30 pm today. Bihar Board President Anand Kishore said, the results on Monday (Bihar Board Matric Result 2021) will be announced by Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary. However, this time a press conference will not be held to announce the results due to the conditions arising out of the corona epidemic and the guidelines of the State Government. Press releases, photos, videos and other information related to the announcement of the result will be made available through online.
Earlier on Sunday, the Bihar board completed the work of preparation of topper verification and merit list. Marks were already feed on the computer. Copies of toppers have also been re-checked by the experts. Board Chairperson Anand Kishore had conveyed at the time of the announcement of the inter-result that preparations are on for issuing the matriculation result. The evaluation is over. The result of matriculation may be released in the first week of April.
Bihar Board 10th Examination 2021 was held from 17th February to 24th February 2021. A total of 16 lakh 84 thousand 466 candidates were involved in the Bihar board matriculation examination. There were 8 lakh 37 thousand 803 girls and 8 lakh 46 thousand 663 students.
Earlier, the Bihar School Examination Committee (Bihar Board or BSEB) had released the ‘ impact of the 10th test ‘ on 20th March 2021. The time was given till 22nd March to register the objection. The results will be released only after the experts consider all objections.

To pass, a student will have to bring at least 30-30 per cent marks in each paper. If a student fails with a few numbers in one or two subjects, the Bihar board can pass it with grace marks. This time the Bihar board has not given any fresh update on grace marks. Last year, more than 2.14 lakh students were passed by giving grey marks in matriculation and inter-examination. 1, 32486 students of Class XII examination failed in one or two subjects and out of them 72,610 passed. In the 10th test, 2, 08147 students failed in one or two subjects in the examination. Of these, 1, 41677 students have succeeded by giving grace marks.
If a student fails in the company subject, the board will take the marks of the additional subject selected by the student and the student will be passed.
In practical subjects including social science and science, the student will need to pass both theory and internal assessment.

Previous Year Matric Result
Last year, the Bihar board 10th result was announced on 26th May. The announcement was delayed due to corona virus infection. Last year (2020), a total of 80.59 per cent students passed the Bihar Board Matric Exam. Out of these, 4, 03392 students were in first class, 524217 second division and 2, 75402 from third division. Himanshu Raj topped the exam with 96.20 per cent marks. The result of 2020 was marginally lower than that of 2019. In 2019, 80.73 per cent students passed out.
Inter Result released on March 26, learn how it was
The Bihar board released the result of the inter-examination on Friday. The total pass percentage was 78.04 per cent, which is 2.4 per cent lower than the previous year (80.44 per cent). 77.97 per cent in arts, 91.48 per cent in commerce and 76.28 per cent in science. In art, Madhu Bharti and Kailash Kumar jointly topped the top with 463 points. In commerce, Patdha Kumari topped 471 points and Sonali Kumari in science with 471 points.
