SBI PO Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

Educational qualification:

According to the SBI PO eligibility Criteria 2020, candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline can apply. Candidates who are appearing for their (salary of sbi 2020 Notification)final year/ semester exams are also eligible to apply. However, if shortlisted for interview round, such candidates are required to provide the proof of having passed the graduation.

Candidates having Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate are also eligible to apply.

SBI PO Selection Process 2020

The complete selection process of SBI PO are explained below:

Step 1: Fill SBI PO Application Form

For SBI PO 2020 registrations, candidates first need to fill as well as submit the application form in online mode on the official website of the bank. Thereafter, candidates also need to pay SBI PO application fee in online mode via debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.

Step 2: Download SBI PO Admit Card/ Call Letter

Candidates can download SBI PO 2020 admit card from the official website of the bank. Separate admit cards are issued for preliminary, mains and Group Exercises and Interview. It may be noted that no hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post.

Step 3: Appear for SBI PO Preliminary Exam

Next, candidates need to appear for the Preliminary exam at the allotted exam centre. Preliminary exam will be for one hour duration and candidates need to answer questions related to subjects such as English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.

Step 4: Appear for SBI PO Mains Exam

Candidates qualifying the Preliminary exam then need to appear for SBI PO 2020 Mains exam. Candidates 10 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted for the (salary of sbi 2020 Notification)mains exam. The Mains exam contains both objective and descriptive questions that candidates need to complete in a total duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Step 5: SBI PO Group Exercises & Interview

Candidates qualifying the Mains exam then need to appear for the final phase of the selection process which is Group Exercises & Interview. Candidates (salary of sbi 2020 Notification)upto 3 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted for the Group Exercise and Interview.

Step 6: Check Final SBI PO Result

Candidates clearing the final phase of Group Exercises and Interview will then be eligible for recruitment in SBI as a PO.

SBI Clerk Salary 2020

Basic Pay – The starting basic pay is Rs 27,620 (with 4 advance increments).

Pay Scale – 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020 applicable to Junior Management.

Allowances – DA, HRA/Lease rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules.

Compensation – The total compensation (salary of sbi 2020 Notification)per annum on CTC basis is minimum 8.20 lakhs and maximum of 13.08 lakhs depending on place of posting and other factors.

SBI Clerk Exam Day Guidelines 2020

  • Candidates should carry the printed copy of their admit card to the exam centre.
  • Candidates are also required to carry the photo-identity proof.
  • Carry two passport-sized (salary of sbi 2020 Notification)photographs to the exam centre.
  • Reach the exam centre one hour before the reporting time.
  • Do not carry mobile phones or any other electronic devices to the exam centre.
  • Follow the instructions given by the invigilator at the exam hall.
  • Do not carry any stationaries like pencil box, eraser etc.
